Kali R. George, DMD
Dr. George’s philosophy of practice has always placed an emphasis on the importance of establishing personalized rapport with each patient while providing gentle, safe, and comprehensive dental care. Driven by a passion for top-quality patient care, she brings an enthusiastic approach to dentistry and enjoys treating patients of all ages.
Understanding that some people have dental-related anxiety, Dr. George believes that communication is vital for the utmost comfortable and positive patient experience.
Dr. George and her team are committed to ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment, while providing the highest standard of advanced dentistry. Our mission is to make our patients feel like they are a part of our family.
Education
Dr. George received her Bachelor’s Degree from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania. She was awarded her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia with the top honor of Summa Cum Laude. Following dental school, Dr. George completed a general practice residency program at York Hospital in Pennsylvania.
Her commitment to lifelong learning has led her to pursue a range of postgraduate education courses, to expand and strengthen her skill set and stay current on new technologies and treatments. Among her continuing education courses, Dr. George has studied restoration of dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and restorative dentistry.
She’s an active member of the Interdisciplinary Study Club of Tampa, which brings together general dentists and oral healthcare specialists. She has also completed courses hosted by Spear Study Club, whose curriculum is internationally recognized for advanced dental techniques.

Beyond the Office
A native of Hermitage, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Pittsburgh, Dr. George and her husband Bryan have called Tampa their home for over 10 years. They recently welcomed their second child, Kora, in August 2024, and have a four year old son named Kylan. Much of Dr. George’s free time is spent with her family and traveling. She also enjoys skiing, cycling, and working out at the gym.
Sara Spear, DMD
As a Florida native, Dr. Spear loves having the opportunity to serve her community in a patient-centered environment. She is passionate about restoring patients to oral health and ideal esthetics using conservative, modern technologies and educating her patients so that they are partners in their oral health.
Dr. Spear graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in Microbiology and Cell Science and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida. She then continued at UF, where she graduated Cum Laude as a Doctor of Dental Medicine. Before graduation, Dr. Spear was chosen by UFCD faculty for her high scholarship and character to be inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honors fraternity. Other awards Dr. Spear received as a dental student include Excellence in Clinical Periodontology and the Pediatric award. Dr. Spear considers herself a lifetime student and enjoys attending Continuing Education courses where she can learn about the most up-to-date techniques and materials.
When she is not in the office, you can find Dr. Spear spending time with her husband, Mark, her sons, Landon and Blake and her dogs, Paige and Walter. The Spear family loves calling Tampa home and they enjoy spending time at local parks and restaurants, cheering on the Gators and the Tampa sports teams, and enjoying outdoor activities in the Florida sunshine!
Ashley Cole, DMD
Dr. Ashley Cole is originally from Long Island, New York, and relocated to the Tampa Bay area several years ago. She is proud to call Safety Harbor home and is dedicated to caring for patients throughout the Tampa Bay region. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Clemson University before receiving her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. She then completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at East Carolina University, where she gained advanced training in comprehensive patient care.
Dr. Cole provides a wide range of dental services, including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and Invisalign treatment. She is committed to continuing education and enjoys incorporating the latest techniques and technology to help patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Known for her friendly and approachable personality, Dr. Cole strives to make every dental visit comfortable and stress-free. She believes in building lasting relationships with her patients and creating personalized treatment plans that fit each individual’s goals and needs.
Outside the office, Dr. Cole enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, Tucker, her boyfriend, Kyle, and family and friends. She loves traveling, staying active, and taking advantage of Florida’s beautiful beaches.
