Kali R. George, DMD
Dr. George’s philosophy of practice has always placed an emphasis on the importance of establishing personalized rapport with each patient while providing gentle, safe, and comprehensive dental care. Driven by a passion for top-quality patient care, she brings an enthusiastic approach to dentistry and enjoys treating patients of all ages.
Understanding that some people have dental-related anxiety, Dr. George believes that communication is vital for the utmost comfortable and positive patient experience.
Dr. George and her team are committed to ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment, while providing the highest standard of advanced dentistry. Our mission is to make our patients feel like they are a part of our family.
Education
Dr. George received her Bachelor’s Degree from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania. She was awarded her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia with the top honor of Summa Cum Laude. Following dental school, Dr. George completed a general practice residency program at York Hospital in Pennsylvania.
Her commitment to lifelong learning has led her to pursue a range of postgraduate education courses, to expand and strengthen her skill set and stay current on new technologies and treatments. Among her continuing education courses, Dr. George has studied restoration of dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and restorative dentistry.
She’s an active member of the Interdisciplinary Study Club of Tampa, which brings together general dentists and oral healthcare specialists. She has also completed courses hosted by Spear Study Club, whose curriculum is internationally recognized for advanced dental techniques.

Beyond the Office

A native of Hermitage, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Pittsburgh, Dr. George and her husband Bryan now call Tampa their home. They welcomed their first child, Kylan in March 2020. Much of Dr. George’s free time is spent with her family. She also enjoys skiing, indoor cycling, and traveling.
Sara Spear, DMD
As a Florida native, Dr. Spear loves having the opportunity to serve her community in a patient-centered environment. She is passionate about restoring patients to oral health and ideal esthetics using conservative, modern technologies and educating her patients so that they are partners in their oral health.
Dr. Spear graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in Microbiology and Cell Science and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida. She then continued at UF, where she graduated Cum Laude as a Doctor of Dental Medicine. Before graduation, Dr. Spear was chosen by UFCD faculty for her high scholarship and character to be inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honors fraternity. Other awards Dr. Spear received as a dental student include Excellence in Clinical Periodontology and the Pediatric award. Dr. Spear considers herself a lifetime student and enjoys attending Continuing Education courses where she can learn about the most up-to-date techniques and materials.
When she is not in the office, you can find Dr. Spear spending time with her husband, Mark, her sons, Landon and Blake and her dogs, Paige and Walter. The Spear family loves calling Tampa home and they enjoy spending time at local parks and restaurants, cheering on the Gators and the Tampa sports teams, and enjoying outdoor activities in the Florida sunshine!
Amanda del Cueto, DMD
Dr. del Cueto's priority is to ensure that every patient is comfortable, relaxed, and supported while under her care. She aspires to gain your trust by thoroughly evaluating all concerns and to walk side by side with you in your journey to better dental health and overall wellness. Dr. del Cueto is a passionate and caring health care provider that enjoys getting to know her patients on a personal level as well.
Being a Tampa native, Dr. del Cueto has enjoyed serving the Tampa community for the entirety of her dental career. She has worked with patients of all ages, demographics, and levels of need, and has found that one thing remains true amongst all of them: there is no better way to manage your dental and systemic health than with prevention. Her goals are always to listen to her patients; thoughtfully educate and offer options to improve and address all concerns; provide impeccable and gentle treatment; and prevent any future health and dental issues. And, if she can, she will try to make you laugh while doing all the above, too!
Outside of the office, Dr. del Cueto takes every opportunity to try new restaurants with her husband, Derek; adventuring with her babies, Dominic and Demi; planning family trips; enjoying a long weekend at Indian Shores Beach; watching football and hockey; and spending time with her large family and friends.
Dr. del Cueto enjoys treating patients of all ages and is expertly skilled in a variety of dental procedures. She also works with an impressive network of dental specialists with whom she works closely to ensure a top level of care for all patients. She is eager to meet all existing members of the Seminole Heights Family Dentistry family and welcome new patients to our ever growing practice. Dr. del Cueto hopes to be an integral part of your journey to dental and full body health.

Continuing Education
Dr. del Cueto truly values the importance of lifelong learning. Not only is she committed to taking courses to expand her dental portfolio for her patients, but she also takes part in regular study clubs to discuss current events and complex cases with some of the most well-respected dental professionals in the Tampa Bay area. A few topics Dr. del Cueto enjoys learning about are: oral-systemic medicine, cosmetic dentistry, advanced Botox and dermal fillers, preventative and rehabilitative dentistry, treatment planning and dental sleep medicine. She also takes any opportunity to learn new technologies of modern dentistry as well.
